Mumbai (SunstarTV Bureau): A 1500 page supplementary charge sheet has been submitted by the property cell of Mumbai Crime Branch yesterday before Esplanede Court against businessman Raj Kundra on pornography case.
Reportedly, the 1500 page charge sheet contains the statements of 43 witnesses including Kundra’s wife and actress Shilpa Shetty.
Many statements have been recorded of actors including Sherlyn Chopra, Sejal Shah, including models and staffs of Kundra’s company.
However, two wanted accused name also included in the case.
Pertaining to mention here that, on July 19, Kundra was arrested by police along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films.
