New Delhi (SunstaraTV Bureau): Amid the COVID-19 protocols and assuming ahead of the upcoming third wave, the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) further extended the suspension of international flight services till August 31, 2021.
As per the earlier announcement, the ban on international commercial flights to and from India was ending on July 31.
The restriction shall not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights specifically approved by the DGCA, a circular stated today.
However, international scheduled flights may be allowed on selected routes by the competent authority on case to case basis.
