fish , mustard paste , yogurt, green chilli ,mustard oil, grated coconut, garlic, cumin seeds , turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, pepper powder , a little nutmeg powder , a tablespoon of sugar , mint leaves, 250 ml water and salt as per taste.
How to prepare:
At first heat a kadai with little mustard oil in it then fry the fish then heat another pan with a little splash of oil and put on some cumin seeds untill pop up . Then throw some thinly sliced garlic to it .Then put the sliced green chilli and toss for some time then put on the mustard paste and saute it then add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and yogurt and boil it for atleast 5 minutes . Then add on some sugar , fish , salt and mint leaves one after one . Then fry it for 2 mins . Then add the grated coconut , some water and cover it up for 15 mins . And here our quick time and handy deliciousness is ready to be served. Happy cravings.
