SunstarTV(Bureau):-The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) conducted a raid at comedian Bharti Sing’s house on 21st November, for allegedly being involved in drugs.
The NCB’s drug probe being carried out after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death in June, have dragged in many celebrated faces along with Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Rhea Chakrabarti, Shradha Kapoor and now comedian Bharti Singh.
According to ANI’s tweet, “Narcotics Control Bureau conducts a raid at the residence of comedian Bharti Singh in Mumbai: NCB #Maharashtra.”
This is not the first time a search has been conducted by the agency. In fact, multiple raids have been carried out in the city earlier including the flats of TV couple Sanam Johar and Abigail Pande, Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal and producer Firoz Nadiadwala.
Bharti Singh is currently seen on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. The comedienne plays the role of ‘Lalli’ on the show. Currently, she is also being seen hosting a dancing show ‘India’s Best Dancer’with husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa.
Bharti has also been a part of several television reality shows including Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Nach Baliye, Khatra Khatra etc.
