The Indian National Congress (INC) President, Sonia Gandhi has constituted three committees to evaluate certain topics like Economic, Foreign and National affairs.
The Committee on Economic Affairs constitutes of former PM Dr Manmohan Singh, P. Chidambaram, Mallikarjun Kharge, Digvijaya Singh and Jairam Ramesh as the convener.
The Foreign Affairs committee comprises of Manmohan Singh, Anand Sharma, Shashi Tharoor, Saptagiri Ulaka and Salman Khurshid as the convener.
The Committee of National Security contains Manmohan Singh, Ghulam Nab Azad, Veerappa Mcily, V. Vaithilingam and convenor Vincent H. Pala.
Former PM Dr Manmohan Singh appointed a member of all three committees.
