SunstarTV Bureau: Mercury drops in Odisha, state continues to shiver as the temperature hits below 15◦ C in 6 places in the last 24 hours, informed Regional Meteorological Department.
While Daringibadi became the coldest town in Odisha with 12.5◦C followed by Jharsuguda (13.4◦C) and Angul (14.0◦C), Koraput 14.0 ◦C Phulbani recorded the minimum temperature of 14.5◦C,and Sundergarh 15◦C.
Angul, Koraput and Boudh witnessed dense fog, allowing visibility from 50m to 200m. This caused hindrance while travelling and riding vehicles.
Whereas, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack experienced temperature of 17.6◦C and 15.8 ◦C respectively.
