New Delhi (SunstarTV Bureau): The Apex Court Collegium has recommended transfer of the 17 Judges of High Courts. The information was given on Tuesday as the meeting was held on 16th September, 2021.
“The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 16th September, 2021 has recommended transfer/re-transfer of the 17 Judges of High Courts,” the notification reads.
1.Justice Jaswant Singh of Punjab & Haryana HC to Orissa HC
2.Justice Sabina, presently judge of Rajasthan HC to Himachal Pradesh
3.Justice T.S. Sivagnanam, Madras HC Judge, to Calcutta HC
4.Justice Sanjaya Kumar Mishra, a judge of Orissa High Court to Uttarakhand HC
5.Justice M.M. Shrivastava of Chhattisgarh HC to Rajasthan HC
6.Justice Soumen Sen of Calcutta HC to Orissa HC
7.Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah of Patna HC to Andhra Pradesh HC
