New Delhi (SunstarTV Bureau): The former Prime Minister and Veteran Congress leader Manmohan Singh has been admitted to the AIIMS in Delhi on Wednesday evening.
The 89-year-old Congress leader, had been complaining of fever since Tuesday. His condition is stable at present and he has been administered vital fluids, reported NDTV.
Pranav Jha, All India Congress Committee (AICC) Secretary said on Twitter Singh has been “undergoing routine treatment” and his condition is stable.
Jha wrote in Twitter, “There are some unsubstantiated rumours with regards to former PM, Dr Manmohan Singh ji’s health. His condition is stable. He is undergoing routine treatment. We will share any updates as needed. We thank our friends in media for their concern.”
Singh was admitted to AIIMS, Delhi after being tested positive for Covid in April this year.
