Lucknow (SunstarTV Bureau): In Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, a bizarre case took the eyes over of land grab, where the deity of a temple was ‘declared dead’ in the mutation document of the land deed title, reported source.
The temple’s land spread over 7,000 sq meter which run by a trust registered in the name of Lord Krishna-Ram, in Kushmaura Haluvapur village in the Mohanlalganj area.
Reportedly, a man Gaya Prasad was added as the father of Lord Krishna-Ram, to the land record document. In 1987, the consolidation of land records was declared Lord Krishna-Ram as ‘dead’ and further the trust was transferred to Gaya Prasad.
In 1991, Gaya Prasad was declared dead and the trust passed on to his brothers identified as Ramnath and Haridwar.
The incident caught the site after 25 years, when the temple’s original trustee named Sushil Kumar Tripathi filed a complaint with Naib-Tehsildar in 2016. However, the case travelled from the Naib-Tehsildar office to the district magistrate, and to the deputy chief minister’s office.
The incident thatt multiple mutations of the land have taken place in a fraudulent manner.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, has ordered SDM Prafulla Tripathi for a probe into the concerned matter.
