New Delhi (SunstarTV Bureau): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday informed that the candidates possessing in the Central Eligibility Test (CTET) exam would be provided with the admit card as well as information of the examination centers by next week.
Reportedly, the exam will be conducted on January 31, 2021, across the country.
Notably, due to the Coronavirus scare, the CTET examination was postponed which was supposed to conduct in July 2020. For the convenience of the candidate, once again the examination centers have been created in 23 more cities.
Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held in 112 cities across the country, but as per the new arrangement by the Union Education Ministry, the examination to be scheduled in 135 cities.
According to Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, “the prestigious CTET exam conducted by the CBSE would now be held on January 31 keeping in mind the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Candidates have also been given an opportunity to choose the location of their examination center.”
