Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): Odhisa continues to shiver with the cold wind prevailing over the state for consecutive days.
The state faces the wrath of winter with at least 12 places witnessing a mercury drop below 10◦C, informed the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar.
Phulabani recorded as the coldest city with the lowest temperature of 5.3◦ C, for third night in a row, stated regional Meteorological Centre.

According to the weather office, Phulabani is followed by Jharsuguda 8.2◦ C, Baripada 8.5◦ C Sundargarh 9.0◦ C, Talcher 9.3◦ C, Keonjhar 9.4 ◦ C Bhawanipatna 9.6◦ C, Sonepur 9.6◦ C and Bolangir 9.8◦ C.
