SunstarTV Bureau: On account of Bharat Bandh, Odisha Civil Services -2019 (Main) examination scheduled to be held on December 8, 2020, is postponed.
The examination will further be conducted on January 2, 2021, at same time and same venue, mentioned earlier.
Taking into consideration, the difficulties to be faced by the candidates in approaching the examination centres due to Bharat Bandh, the OCS-2019 Main Examination (GS-I and GS-II) scheduled to be held on December 8 is hereby postponed, stated a notification by Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).
Notably, the farmers’ organisations have called for a nationwide strike, to put pressure on the Central Govt., on December 8 to protest against Centre’s three farm laws.
