SunstarTV Bureau: Once again Delhi Capital’s (DC) dream of winning the Indian Premier League (IPL) has been shattered. Last year’s runners-up team reached the playoffs by topping the points table in the league round this year. In the second qualifier, Delhi lost to the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

After the one click, the two cricketer’s pic gone viral on social media and sarcastically turned into a meme material. Many memes are being made on social media over this photo. Pant and Ponting sent Marcus Stoinis at number three for batting, and the decision of both is widely discussed. Prithiv Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan as opener succeeded to perform well in the Delhi Capitals with 32 runs in the first four overs, but KKR made a formidable comeback after Prithiv was out.

However, KKR scored only 135 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs to the Delhi capital. Venkatesh Ayer and Shubman Gill then scored 96 runs for the first wicket to close the match. In the last three overs, Delhi Capitals returned to form with a bang, but KKR finally reached the final with three wickets in hand.
