Mumbai (SunstarTV Bureau): The Mumbai Police on Monday has arrested Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty’s husband, businessman Raj Kundra who allegedly involved over a case involving pornographic films. The police further informed that Mr Kundra appeared as the key conspirator of the matter.
According to police officials, they arrested Mr Kundra after getting enough evidence against him. Moreover, the investigation into the matter is on.
Reportedly, the case registered as Kundra was involved in creation of pornographic films and publishing that by using mobile apps. After he appeared as the key conspirator of the matter, along with sufficient evidences a case has been filed and he (Kundra) was arrested on July 19 (Monday), informed the Mumbai Police Commissioner in a statement.
Besides, Raj Kundra refuted all the ongoing allegations and had sought an anticipatory bail in the case.
Raj Kundra – the owner of an app called JL Stream was part owner of Indian Premier League cricket team Rajasthan Royals. In 2013, he was questioned by the Delhi Police in connection with the betting and spot-fixing scandal that engulfed Indian cricket.
