SunstarTV Bureau: Aryan Khan, the Star kid of Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested in connection with a drug case at a Mumbai cruise. Aryan, along with two others, is in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody in the case. However, his remand expired today. In such a case, Aryan Khan will be produced before Mumbai court. The NCB raided the cruiser late on the night of October 2, and arrested eight people. After hours of questioning, the NCB arrested three people, including Aryan.
So Aryan Khan’s lawyer will apply for bail again. During October 4 hearing, the NCB told the court that Aryan was chatting on WhatsApp with code words, and that he needed custody to decode it. Many chats showed that they have a connection with dealers.
“It simply came to our notice then. The money was traded and the defendants also used code words to talk to the peddlers. The accused must be interrogated face-to-face during the remand,” said NCB.
Aryan’s lawyer Satish Mansinde, on the other hand refuted all the claims, and said, ‘he was invited as a special guest and he went there with his friend. Not a single penny was paid for the cruise, nor did they know of any organizers. He only knows Arbaaz Merchant, from whom 6 gm of charas were confiscated. Now it is claimed that he is involved in the international drug trade.
