SunstarTV Bureau: For the past few months, the social chat app WhatsApp has been bringing new features. One policy after another is changing. But some smartphone users may now be affected by the features they bring. The new features of this messaging app will not work on 63 smartphone models. WhatsApp will not be available on certain smartphones as such features will be available from November 1 next year.
This messaging app is used by most smartphones across world and in India too. This app is widely used to communicate with people at any time. So these new features are going to have an impact on many smartphone users. WhatsApp is being used not only for talking to friends or family members, but also for national, global emergency and office work. Certain users will no longer be able to use the app within 2 months.
WhatsApp will not work on about 43 smartphones on iOS and Andriod either. WhatsApp will not be available on smartphones running Android 4.0.4 from November. This app will not work on older versions of Android phones either.
WhatsApp will not work on the following smartphones: –
- Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, Trend II, Trend Lite, Core, Ace 2
- LG Optimus F7, F5, L3 II Dual, F7 II, F5 II
- Sony Xperia
- Huawei Ascend Mate and Ascend D2
- Apple iPhone SE, 6S, and 6S Plus
