SunstarTV Bureau: Five days after the death of television actor Sidharth Shukla, his family has released the first statement. Along with expressing gratitude to the fans and well-wishers, he has expected privacy. They also thanked the Mumbai Police.
The statement reads, we are deeply grateful to all of you for being a part of Sidharth’s journey and showering your love on him.
This is not the end at all and he will live on in our hearts forever. Sidharth loved privacy, so we also request you to provide privacy to our family in difficult times. Special thanks to Mumbai Police Force for showing sensitivity and sympathy. Mumbai Police stood like our shield every minute and kept on protecting us. In the memory of Sidharth, the family has organized a prayer meet on Monday at 5 pm. Fans can join in online. Let us tell you that Sidharth died on 2 September in Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital. He was only 40 years old. He is survived with his mother and two sisters. According to media reports, the cause of Sidharth’s death is a heart attack but the police have not yet confirmed the cause of death.
Sidharth Shukla entered the glamor industry from modelling, when he used to be very fit and young. Sidharth’s slim fit body was also seen during shows like TV shows ‘Babul Ka Aangan Chhute Na’ and ‘Balika Vadhu’. In 2014, seeing Sidharth’s hunk body, he was given the Zee Gold Award for the fittest actor. The next year in 2015, the actor received the Geospa AsiaSpa India Award for Wellness Icon of the Year. Sidharth was also awarded the Synth Global Spa Fit and Fab Award in the year 2021 for excellent physical fitness.
Sidharth was Shehnaaz Gill’s closest friend in Bigg Boss 13. Shahnaz had always openly expressed her love for him on the show. Although Siddharth always used to say that she is his best friend. The both were seen in Dance Deewane.
