Mumbai (SunstarTV Bureau): The national award winning actor and popular Balika Vadhu fame Surekha Sikri passed away on Friday, due to cardiac arrest. She was 75.
The actress was survived by her son Rahul Sikri.
Earlier the actress suffered her second brain stroke in September 2020.
The three-time National Award-winning actor Surekha Sikri was best known for her performances in the films ‘Tamas’, ‘Salim Langde Pe Mat Ro’, ‘Zubeidaa’, ‘Badhaai Ho’ and daily soap ‘Balika Vadhu’.
She was last seen in Netflix’s anthology “Ghost Stories” (2020).
