The wrath of winter is fading away from the state, only Phulabani witnessing mercury drop below 10◦C, informed the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar.
Phulabani recorded as the coldest city with the lowest temperature of 7.0◦ C, for third night in a row, stated regional Meteorological Centre.
According to the weather office, maximum and minimum temperature for capital city Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, Tmax 28.8◦C and Tmin 13.8◦C and Tmax 28.8◦C and Tmin 12.8◦C, respectively.
