The wrath of winter is fading away from the state with at least 4 places witnessing mercury drop below 10◦C, informed the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar.
Phulabani recorded as the coldest city with the lowest temperature of 7.5◦ C, for third night in a row, stated regional Meteorological Centre.

According to the weather office, Phulabani is followed by Kirei 8.5◦ C, Daringibadi 9◦ C, Sundergarh 10◦ C.
