SunstarTV Bureau: Odisha High Court orders all the courts in the state to remain closed on all working Saturdays in December.
Apex court of the state issued a notice yesterday, stating compulsory shutting down of all the courts, keeping in view the second wave of Coronavirus.
The notification in this regard was issued on the basis of order dated November 28 of the General Administration (GA) & PG Department of Odisha Government.
The notification, states that the High Court and its offices as well as the sub-ordinate courts, tribunals and their offices in the State will remain closed on Saturdays in December.
