SunstartTV Bureau: Girish Malik directed upcoming film ‘Torbaaz’ has finally released its trailer and will make its debut on streamer Netflix on December 11.
The film shows Sanjay Dutt as an army officer who wishes to protect the children from the wings of terrorism. The trailer opens with Sanjay Dutt asking to open a cricket training camp for refugee children of a camp. Where, the head of a terrorist group is played by Rahul Dev. The video shows how Dev intends to use little children as suicide bombers to take revenge on the US Army for attacking their regions.
After Sanjaya Dutt’s victorious return from his cancer battle, the makers have decided to release this film on OTT platform.
This film is produced by Rahul Mitra, who also features in the movie as an Afghan Army General along with Nargis Fakhri.
Dutt took to Twitter on Saturday to share the trailer and announce the release date of the film. “It’s when good people do nothing that the bad guys win! #Torbaaz, premiering 11 December, only on @NetflixIndia @NargisFakhri @RahulDevRising #RajuChadha @rahulmittra13 @malik_girish #PuneetSingh,” Dutt wrote on Twitter.

Mittra said,” ‘Torbaaz’ is a very special film. It is about these bunch of kids who had nothing and he (Dutt) brought them cricket, in the hopes of a better life. We are elated that our labor of love is premiering on Netflix”.
