Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): The Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has issued yellow warning for dense fog in several parts of Odisha, especially during early morning hours for the next two days.
The Met Centre issued alert in parts of Northern part as Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Khordha, Nayagarh, Puri, Sundargarh and Boudh on Monday. Similarly, dense fog alert also issued to Bhadrak, Balasore, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Angul, Dhenkanal and Cuttack on January 26.
“Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Bhadrak, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Kandhamal, Jajpur, Angul, Jagatsinghpur and Cuttack, on January 27,” informed Met Centre.
Besides, the IMD’s Regional Meteorological Centre had earlier said that minimum temperature (Night temperature) is likely to rise gradually by two to three degree Celsius in the interior districts of Odisha during next 2 days while it will be above normal by 2-3 degree Celsius over the districts of Coastal Odisha during next 2 days.
