SunstarTV Bureau: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik interacts with the people of Swabhiman Anchala via video conferencing and launches mobile phone distribution programme, taking steps to fulfil the aim of digitalisation of Odisha, today.
Under this programme cellular phones have been distributed to every household of the Swabhiman region, aiming for an uninterrupted online educational facility for the students.

Addressing the people of Swabhiman Anchal, CM has promised a rapid development of the region. His keynote address included promises like:
- Building of another three mobile cellular network towers.
- Setting of 419 D.P borewells for 1700 hector of land.
- Mobile phone for every family in the region.
He has call forth the Maoists of the region to involve themselves in the mainstream occupations. Amongst, many other developmental initiatives, CM has assured to look after the health department and educational sector of the Anchal.
Swabhiman Anchal is a region formerly known as the cut-off area in Odisha’s Malkangiri district, comprising of 150 villages surrounded by water bodies from three sides.
