Pipili (SunstarTV Bureau): The fourth round of counting of votes polled at the bye-election to Pipili Assembly constituency on Sunday has finished.
Amid a strong triangular fights among three major parties as BJD, BJP and Congress, now in Round-4 votes counting, BJD candidate and late lawmaker Pradeep Maharathy’s son Rudra Pratap Maharathy taking a lead by over votes from his nearest contestant BJP’s Ashrit Pattanayak.
