Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): The Odisha Government on Monday gave permission to educational institutions in State to celebrate the Ganesh Puja festival on September 10, this year.
Meanwhile, the government also issued certain COVID guidelines amid the observance of festival.
Limited number of students will be allowed during the festival. Authorities of the educational institutions must ensure that COVID appropriate behavior is followed by all concerned during the celebration, said an official.
However, the Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) also issued an advisory as no community feast associated with any festival will be allowed during the period. No musical or other entertainment programme will be allowed.
