Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): The Information and Public Relations department (I&PR) informed that 2,542 fresh COVID cases recorded in State in the last 24 hours. With this the state’s total caseload have surged to 9,32,330 with 27,580 active cases.
The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) today stands at 3.49%.
According to report, on Wednesday, a total of 72,645 samples were tested so far.
Twin cities of state reports 400 above cases each where Cuttack registered highest 428 fresh Covid cases followed by Khordha with 424 positives. On third place Balasore district reported 221 positives yet.

Today, the Health and Family Welfare department (H&FW) informed 57 death cases in the last 24 hours which is the highest ever accumulation till days.
