Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): After administering the sharp rise of positive cases across state, from April 26, the walk-in OPD services at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here were temporarily closed and from June 28 the system will resume, informed sources.
The decision regarding resumption of the OPD services was taken after decline in the number of COVID-19 patients at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
Meanwhile, It has also been decided to continue the telemedicine services. However, the consultation will be provided via WhatsApp, not through voice calls.
