Hyderabad/Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): Chairman of SAI International School in Odisha capital, Dr Bijaya Kumar Sahoo on Thursday passed away due to COVID-19 at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He was 58.
According to Sahoo’s family members, he had tested positive for the virus and was airlifted to Hyderabad for advanced treatment at KIMS, Hyderabad. He was scheduled to be operated upon for lungs transplant.
Sahoo was also the adviser to Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OVAS), Government of Odisha.
