Bhubaneswar(SunstarTVBureau): Odisha’s COVID-19 tally crossed 6 lakh-mark after as many as 11,805 more persons in the state tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. The state’s total caseload now stands at 6,00492.
Khordha district recorded highest 1414 cases followed by Sundargarh (1209) and Cuttack (1197).
Of the fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 6611 are quarantine cases and remaing 5194 are local contact cases. Total 56,602 samples were tested yesterday.
With detection of the fresh cases, the number of active cases in the state surged to 1,06,471.
