SunstarTV Bureau: In the last 24 hours, as many as 218 more persons in Odisha contracted Coronavirus taking the state’s total caseload to 3,40,620.
Today, the Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department detected fresh cases from 24 district in total, of which 129 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 89 are local contact cases. Bargarh district recorded highest 34 fresh cases followed by Nuapada (29) and Sundargarh (26).
Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway it further stated.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 1,837 and recovered cases at 3,36,809.
