SunstarTV Bureau: In Uttarakhand, the BJP is in turmoil. Cabinet Minister Yashpal Arya and his son Sanjeev Arya both have once again joined the Congress party. A few years later he left the Congress and joined the BJP.
According to reports, assembly elections are going to be held in Uttarakhand in a few days. However, shortly before the election, the ruling party was in a state of shock. Prior to the 2017 assembly elections, Yashpal Arya and his son Sanjeev Arya left the Congress party and joined the BJP. At the Congress headquarters in New Delhi, both leaders have re-joined the Congress. Congress amalgamation secretary KC Benugopal, former Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat and Randeep Surejjowala were present during the amalgamation ceremony.
Prior to joining the Congress, Yashpal Arya resigned as Uttarakhand’s cabinet minister. Yashpal and his son Sanjeev joined the BJP in 2017. After the BJP formed the government in the state, Yashpalli was appointed as the Cabinet Minister. Now, two leaders have left the BJP and joined the Congress.
For the past few months, Yashpal Arya has been at loggerheads with BJP leaders. That is why the state chief minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami, recently met Yashpal Arya and explained to him. But that failed.
