Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): on Friday the Odisha reported as many as 539 fresh COVID-19 cases including 77 children aged between 0-18 years in the last 24 hours, informed the State Information and Public Relations (I&PR) department.
Meanwhile, the caseload have surged to 10,23,133, including 5,829 active cases.
Among the fresh cases detected from 25 districts, 316 are from different quarantine centres and 223 are from local contacts.
Khordha district reports 254 fresh infections followed by Cuttack with 48 cases and Jgatsinghpur with 31 cases so far.
