Bhubaneswar (Sunstar TVs Bureau): The India Meteorological Department on Sunday has issued heavy rainfall alert to Odisha’s several district as per the cyclonic circulation persists over the Bay of Bengal off Odisha coast till September 22.
As per IMD’s yesterday’s weather bulletin, intense spell of rain may lash as many as 12 districts of Odisha today.
Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Khordha, Puri, Dhenkanal, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Sundargarh today. Such weather condition may continue in these districts till tomorrow morning.
The weather condition in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack cities is likely to remain partly cloudy sky with possibility of moderate rain or thundershowers today.
