Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): The Information and Public Relation (I&PR) department on Saturday reported as many as 695 new COVID-19 cases across state including 83 children aged below 18 years, in last 24 hours. Reportedly, among the number of positives, 401 were from different quarantine centres and 294 were from local contacts.
Meanwhile, total 65,512 samples were tested on Friday. The TPR rate stood at 1.06% in the state.
Khordha reported highest number of infection in Odisha with 323, followed by Cuttack with 90 new cases in last 24 hours.
