“Those people who don’t want to take the vaccine but still want the freedoms that come with being vaccinated such as access to places,” said Oded Vanunu, head (products vulnerability research) at Check Point Software Technologies. According to the CPR report, 5,000 such telegram groups have been identified since March.
Counterfeit vaccination certificates are being sold in these groups. The group selling counterfeit certificates is taking money through Crypto Currency and PayPal. They are also charging through Amazon and eBay gift cards.
The fake Covid Certificate has become a great way to get days off from offices, informed sources.
