Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): The Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Tuesday as many as 719 persons, including 125 children below 18 years of age, tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha during the last 24 hours while a total of 64,656 samples were tested in the state, yesterday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 1.11%.
Khurda district reported highest 259 new infections, followed by Cuttack (89) and Balasore (43).
With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 1008469 with 7159 active cases.
