SunstarTV Bureau: The Former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani finally opened up about why he left the country and also said that he was forced to leave Kabul and decided to leave in order to prevent bloodshed in country.
During a live Facebook broadcast from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ghani was seen addressing the nation in his native language Pashto.
“I was forced to leave Kabul and decided to leave my country in order to prevent bloodshed,” said Ghani through a video message to nation last night.
He further issuing a rebuttal against his critics those said he left Afghanistan hastily.
Pertaining to mention here that, the former president of Afghan has left his country on Sunday night after the Taliban took control of the presidential palace in Afghan capital Kabul. He said he left Kabul on the advice of his security officials.
The UAE ministry of foreign affairs and international cooperation confirmed that they welcomed Ghani and his kin on humanitarian ground.
