Odisha reports 1078 new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours

Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): The Information and Public Relations (I&PR) department on Wednesday reported that as many as 1,078 more COVID-19 cases were detected in Odisha during the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday a total of 68,724 samples were tested in the state. With this the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 1.56%. Khurda district reported highest 372 fresh cases, followed by Cuttack (147), Jagatsinghpur (58) and Jajpur (58).

The COVID-19 tally in the state reached 9,90,075 with 10,682 active cases.

  13. Jajpur: 58
  14. Jharsuguda: 8
  15. Kalahandi: 1
  16. Kandhamal: 6
  17. Kendrapada: 51
  18. Keonjhar: 12
  19. Khurda: 372
  20. Malkangiri: 5
  21. Mayurbhanj: 35
  22. Nabarangpur: 1
  23. Nayagarh: 26
  24. Nuapada: 5
  25. Puri: 48
  26. Rayagada: 4
  27. Sambalpur: 12
