Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): Amid the scare of COVID-19 and as Odisha witnessing surge in daily Covid cases, students and parents are a bit worried of the class 10th and Plus-2 examinations in state.
By giving clarification about the rescheduling of examination to rest, the Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash informed that there will be no rescheduled of the upcoming matriculation and Plus-2 examination in State.
“The examinations will be held as per the previously announced dates,” he added.
Dash informed that the number of examination centres will be increased across the State for the conduct of the examinations.
To a media query on the conduct of examinations for Class IX, the minister said that at present the classes for Class IX students have been suspended and no decision has been taken on the conduct of examination as yet.
