Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): In the State Assembly, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday moved a resolution by proposing reservation for government school students in higher educational institutes in the State.
In the proposed resolution, Patnaik has introduced the 15 percent quota reservation for State-run school students in the engineering and medical courses in Odisha.
The initiatives has taken by Chief Minister after the recommendation by a High Power Committee suggesting quota for the government run school students in Odisha.
