SunstarTV Bureau: A beginning of an era in health care sector in southern region of odisha will come up with the much awaited Gastroenterology department in the MKCG Medical College and hospital at Berhampur soon.
The people of southern region of the State will be benefited with opening of two super specialty — Medical Gastroenterology and Surgical Gastroenterology — at the premier medical institution said the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) in a release today.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has approved a proposal in this regard by sanctioning 19 teaching and non-teaching posts for the Gastroenterology department (both medicine and surgery) as it will played a major role in providing the standard healthcare services to public in the State.
