Baripada (SunstarTV Bureau): In a view of numbers of new strain of Coronavirus outbreak outside in several districts, with a quick precautionary measure Mayurbhanj district administration issued special Covid-19 guidelines in Baripada city on Thursday.
According to Mayurbhanj Collector Vineet Bhardwaj, “There has been a surge in the number of Covid-19 cases in the adjoining states. So, the administration has alerted all the concerned officials in the district and block level. We have discussed about the strict implementation of Covid-19 norms with the officials through a video conferencing. I request all the people of Baripada town to cooperate with the administration in controlling the pandemic.”
As per the corona virus protocols, the district police authorities have been advised to check such as the mandatory wearing of masks, maintaining physical distance in public and workplaces.
Meanwhile, the large congregations must be avoided at the market places ensuring strict implementation of Covid-19 safety protocols. No marriage ceremony, political or social events will be allowed without a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the police.
However, violators will not be entertained over violating any kind of rules.
Enforcement squads have been formed to ensure strict implementation of the Covid-19 norms.
