Bhubaneswar (SunstarTV Bureau): Under the impact of the cyclonic circulation over coastal Andhra Pradesh, several parts of Odisha including Bhubaneswar witnessed cloudy skies and light rainfall on Saturday early morning.
According to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) report, several parts of the state are about to experience light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorm alert till Sunday under the impact of cyclonic circulation.
As per Met Centre, light to moderate rain and thunderstorm likely to occur at one or two place of the districts of Nabarangpur, Malkangiri, Koraput, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Gajapati and Bolangir.
Similarly, the same has to prevail over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, Nawarangpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and dry weather most likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha between 8.30 am of February 20 and 8.30 am of February 21.
Meanwhile, Met issues yellow warning for the districts of Nabarangpur, Malkangiri, Koraput, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Gajapati, Bolangir, Ganjam and Sonepur during the period.
