SunstarTV Bureau: Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister, Sisodia has announced, that Delhi schools is going to reopen for classes 9th and 11th from next Friday.
Colleges, degree and diploma institutes will also be allowed to open, he added.
All institutions will have to follow Covid-19 safety rules and students will have to bring permission slips from their parents.
“Schools for Classes 9 and 11 students, as well as colleges and degree diploma institutions will reopen in Delhi from February 5, following COVID protocols. The students will attend classes in a staggered manner and with the permission of parents,” Mr Sisodia said.
Mr Sisodia also announced that the Delhi government will prepare a final plan when students can be called for examinations.
Schools, which were closed last year in March because of the coronavirus pandemic, reopened for Classes 10th and 12th on January 18.
