SunstarTV Bureau: According to the new guidelines issued by the Odisha government, all the Anganwadi centres across the State are going to reopen from February 1, 2021.
The School and Mass Education Department has been directed to prepare a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for primary schools and decide on the opening of such schools with necessary approvals from the State government.
The department of Higher Education has also been authorised to take appropriate decision with regard to the date of re-opening of Colleges or Higher Education Institutions and hostels under its superintendence by following the guidelines issued by the UGC or Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
Apart from this, the Department of Skill Development and Technical Education is also authorised to take appropriate decision with regard to the date of reopening of Engineering Colleges and other Technical Education or Skill Development Institutions and Hostels under its superintendence in a graded manner in compliance with the guidelines.
