SunstarTV Bureau: Following an initiative by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), members of the transgender community will start collecting parking fees from two-wheeler and vehicle owners in the city, Today.
BMC Commissioner, Prem Chandra Choudhury has informed that, two parking lots have been identified, where 17 transgender will carry out the initiative on an experimental basis for two months.
