SunstarTV Bureau: The naming ceremony of 16 Belgium shepherd pups of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) underway at their centre in Panchkula, Haryana.
16 ITBP pups named Sasoma, Daulat, Shyok, Chainchaino, Galwan, Anila, Chung Thung, Mukhpari, Yulu, Sultan Chusku, Sasher, Srijal, Charding, Imis, Chip Chap, and Rezang.
“Pups named on areas where ITBP is deployed to show respect for those serving there,” said ITBP DIG S Natrajan.

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police is India’s primary border patrol organization with its border with China’s Tibet Autonomous Region. It is one of the seven Central Armed Police Forces of India, raised on 24 October 1962, under the CRPF Act, in the wake of the Sino-Indian War of 1962.
