SunstarTV Bureau: The cold wave conditions continued unabated as temperatures plummeted in several places of Odisha in the last 24 hours.
As many as seven places recorded below 10◦C yesterday night. The mercury in Phulbani and Daringibadi stood at 6◦C making the two as the coldest places in Odisha followed by Sundargarh (8◦C) and Bhawanipatna (9◦C).
While Jharsuguda recorded the minimum temperature of 9.4◦C, Boudh 9.5 ◦C,
and Koraput 9.6◦C yesterday night.
The minimum temperatures in Twin City Bhubaneswar and Cuttack were recorded 14◦C and 12◦C respectively.
According to Bhubaneswar MeT, the cold wave conditions are likely to prevail over several parts of Odisha in next 4 days.
