SunstarTV Bureau: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) supremo Naveen Patnaik shuffled party’s media team by appointing leading members as the spokespersons and panelists.
The order came into force with immediate effect, informed Manas Mangaraj, BJD General Secretary (media affairs).
As per the order, six leaders including Prasanna Acharya, Pinaki Mishra, Achyuta Samanta, Amar Patnaik, Sasmit Patra and Sarmistha Sethi have been appointed as the National Spokespersons of the party.
The BJD supremo has appointed 16 leaders and 14 others as the Spokespersons and Panelists of the ruling party.
The move came to action three days after two crucial meetings (executive body and state council meetings) held by the party this week.
